2. Purpose of the site

This website provides general information about Datonum’s AI workflow implementation and automation services. It is informational only: no products or services are sold or contracted through this website, and no prices are offered here.

3. Inquiries do not create a contract

Completing the inquiry form or contacting us does not create any contractual or client relationship and does not oblige either party to proceed. Any engagement is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully, and not to:

• use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems;
• introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the site’s operation;
• copy, scrape or exploit the content except as permitted below; or
• submit false information, or another person’s data without their authorisation.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, layout, design, the “Datonum” name, logo and marks, and the rising-matrix and measurement motifs — is owned by Rostyslav Bachyk or used under licence, and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other use — reproduction, distribution, public communication or modification — requires our prior written permission.

The site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, LinkedIn). We provide these for convenience only; we do not control or endorse them and accept no responsibility for their content or practices.
