How we work

We measure before we build

Most AI projects fail for one of three reasons: the wrong thing was automated, nobody checked the output, or nobody maintained it. Our approach is built around avoiding those three.

Five principles

What we hold to, on every engagement

01Diagnosis before building.

We will not quote you for a build until we understand the process. If you come to us knowing exactly what you want built, we will still spend a day checking that it is the right thing.

02A person always reviews.

AI drafts, sorts, summarizes, and checks. People approve. We do not build workflows that make consequential decisions unsupervised, and we will say no if you ask us to.

03Your systems, not ours.

We work with the tools you already pay for. You will not end up on a platform you can only leave by starting over, and nothing runs on a credential only we hold.

04Tested on your real work.

Every workflow is tested against your own historical examples before it goes live. Sample data proves nothing.

05Handed over, documented.

Written guides, training for the people who use it, and a support window. If you never speak to us again, the workflow still runs.

Plainly

What we are honest about

  • AI gets things wrong. The design assumes it, which is why review steps exist.
  • Not every process is worth automating. Roughly a third of what we look at is not.
  • The first version is rarely the final one. That is why implementations include a stabilization period.
  • Savings show up as capacity, not usually as headcount reduction. Most teams redeploy the time rather than remove the person.
  • Maintenance is not optional. A workflow left alone drifts until people stop trusting it.
